For the delivery of laundry, please make sure that you have notated a place for us to leave your hanging clothes if you are not going to be home. We strongly recommend that you have a chair or table for us to lay your hanging items on. We do make sure to bag all of the clothes that we use our hangers on, but we cannot be responsible for weather or any other incidents. If your order is really big, and has a lot of hanging items, we will reach out a schedule a more pinpoint time to deliver when someone is home to accept delivery. Can I add 'Special Requests' with my laundry? If you have special requests, we are more than happy to accommodate them. What is the difference between Easy Wash and Premium service? Easy Wash and Premium are the same in regards to how your laundry is processed. The only differences are logistical. Easy Wash is next day or scheduled pick up, with a 24 hour return. Easy Wash also has a wider pick up / delivery time frame. We offer AM and PM pick up / delivery windows. AM - 8AM - 1PM and PM 1PM - 8PM M-F. Sat 8AM - 1PM and Sun 12PM - 4PM Premium Service allows for same day pick up, with smaller pick up / delivery windows. M-F 8AM - 12PM, Sat 8AM - 12PM and 12PM - 4PM. Sun 12PM - 4PM Can I provide my own hangers? Yes. However if the customer provides us with large plastic hangers, we will not be able to place the hung clothes in plastic garment bags. If your order is large, with a lot of hanging items, we will reach out and schedule a more pinpoint time to deliver, when someone is home to accept delivery. Can I provide my own soap? Absolutely, when you place your order, you will be able to select the option to send in your own soap, softener. You can also send in your own scent beads, dryer sheets and OxiClean. The only thing we ask that you do not send in, is bleach. Do you offer Dry Cleaning or Pressed Finished of Items? Not at this time, however we are working on adding ironing service. Can I send in Household Items? Absolutely! Normal items such as towels, sheets, light blankets, and throw rugs (no larger than 4x6-without backing) are weighed by the pound. How do I prepare my order for pick up? Most customers use garbage bags. Don't worry, scented garbage bags will not leave an odor on your clothing. Please note, that we do not accept heavy or wicker hampers. If you leave your items in a hamper, the driver will transfer your clothing into a bag and leave the hamper by your door. If the driver is directed by the customer to gather their order, throughout the pick up location, a $20 fee will be added to the customers invoice.
