We do not require a credit / debit card to order service. Simply place your order, and we will send you a text message and email with a detailed invoice of service, including your orders total weight and a break down of all your charges. Included, is a CLICK-TO-PAY link where you use the payment card of your choice to process your payment.
Keep in mind, orders are not returned if the payment has not been made, and invoices must be paid no less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

HOW TO PREPARE & ESTIMATEYOUR ORDER
Most customers simply bag their laundry in garbage bags. Don't worry scented garbage bags will not ruin your clothes.... Customers use them all the time.
You can also send your laundry in a laundry bag or a mesh laundry hamper. However, please do not send your order in a rigid hamper that can easily break or be ruined.
