Use any sturdy garbage bags, laundry bags, totes, or hampers. Optional: purchase durable 40x30 drawstring laundry bags for $10—each holds about 40 lbs and is washed after every use.

No need to be home. Just leave laundry at your door or specified location; our driver will retrieve and return it. If not home for delivery, please leave a table or chair for hanging items.

GoGet My Laundry never co-mingles orders. Each customer's items are processed individually by trained staff, maintaining hygiene and privacy for every client.

“Finish” refers to how your laundry items are prepared after washing, including folding, hanging, or air-drying. GoGet My Laundry customers can specify their finishing preference when placing each order.
