How are my finished laundry items packaged?Your freshly cleaned laundry is carefully folded or hung on hangers and packaged in protective bags to ensure cleanliness during delivery. Hanging items, such as shirts, dresses, and jackets, are returned on hangers with garment covers to keep them wrinkle-free and ready to wear.

How do I pay my bill? Do I need a credit card to order?You do not need a credit or debit card to place an order. After your laundry is picked up, you will receive a click-to-pay link via text and email. This link allows you to securely review your invoice and pay using debit, credit, Venmo, or CashApp. Please note that orders are not returned until the invoice is resolved.
